The Germans always have a team structure and team unity. And what a match that should be with Germany and Argentina as many are not giving the Germans a chance again. Will we? Find out! Back to this match we go. We will go with the better talent today over the structured play of Brasil in which Dunga thinks Defense first and then attack! This Brasil team is not about flicks n tricks. Oh no. They are about efficiency. However, we feel they might lack that one extra punch to play with Holland today...well, at least up to regulation. It all comes down to Kaka for Brasil. TRUST US- if Kaka was in form, Brasil would be a -155 to -160 favorite. Now we have to hope that Kaka continues to make good runs, but not great runs. He hasn't been in form the ENTIRE year. A MAJOR disappointment at Real Madrid this past season. He wasn't in form all year, so we hope that continues. We know it can take just a few games to see a player get back into form, but in futbul sometimes it takes more than that. If Kaka was in form, this Holland team would have bigger problems as Brasil could come straight down the middle instead of flanking Holland. Holland's Defense isn't the best in the world. The number two team in the world versus the number 3 team in the world! Sets up for a classic, right? We do not think so. We always look for value, and no where can you find value for Portugal. They come in with two fine quality players against a team full of quality. This is the case of one mega star versus a team of nothing but stars. Spain just has to much quality in the middle to cut off Ronaldo's chances. Ronaldo will probably get his fair of opportunities, because he is that great. The problem will lie with the counter attacks. When Portugal pushes, they HAVE to push their back up to finish the play. In the end that is what kills teams in this round. Where as a team like Spain can push it up and finish without even putting their defense in trouble. We saw Chile play beautiful futbul pushing it up, BUT TWICE they got caught in Brazilian counters for two goals. That's all it took. Brasil got one corner, and two counters. And in futbul that's all that it takes sometimes. So, we might even get the same blueprint as we saw with Chile last night. Chile controlled possession against Brasil and stlll got blown out. That usualy doesn't happen UNLESS your defenders are forced to be pushed up. It is against the laws of futbul and science Portugal not pushing up if they want to finish. If they do not push up that means they are playing the same style as they did with Brasil. And that will certainly keep them in the game much longer and keep the game tight. Then it comes to set pieces and possession. This will make Spain backers a little nervous, but so far not ONE team has went against their style of futbul, and we see Portugal going for the win here, because this is no longer Group stage. We told you everyone would be shocked as the knocvkout rounds will look nothing like group stage, and now every game has been going well over the total. Teams with fire power are not going to play passive in the World Cup knockout phase. It just doesn't happen, and this spells dooms day for Portugal. We are proud to be mentioned in the blogs today as the market inched near 10K. The article we got kudos for is at the bottom of the page and still on the Desk dayed October 2008. Of coourse, we went through some pain with the March lows, but here we are at 10K. But, first we want to talk about how these bloggers recognized us in the first place. Many of them have followed us for many years, but it seems 2004 is the year that stood out to them, and would like us to elaborate on.

2004 will go down in history as the year that solidified "The Snitch" as a true insider resource in the world of speculative markets. Everyone obviously knows about the Snitch's sports legacy, but what some may have not noticed is the hedge fund managers of VSE (Vegas Sports Entertainment) ability to analyze and speculate the world markets. 2004 will forever be the year legitimized VSE as one of the most accurate speculator in the world. Most recognize VSE via sports speculation since they have a public website, www.Vegassnitch.com which they give mostly sports speculation. Hedge funds try to stay private in the financial markets, and VSE is no different. But, in 2004 to the present day, they have dispensed thousands of views in the world markets, and 99% of these views all had the same common denominators and variables. But, we KNOW that you KNOW everything below is 100% accurate and so do the parties recognizing us.

What The Snitch Said More than 5 Years Ago:

1) Oil was in the high 20s/barrel and Snitch guaranteed oil would go to 200 within 15 yrs!!! Why?

Way back the Snitch was talking about emerging markets and the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) countries. Please find this article named "New Super Power." Back then we said the financial supremacy of the United States will end by the end of the decade and countries that are called emerging countries will be the new leaders ESPECIALLY China. As a matter of fact we mentioned all BRIC counties in that one article alone.

2. Gold will hit 2000- VSE Fund made this call when Gold was at 375-400 range! And to this day VSE is backing this statement by continuing to buy Gold on dips. Why did we pick gold WAY before the world started printing cash? Again, back to our ONE COMMON THEME: COMMODITIES, COMMODITIES, COMMODITIES! Since we have posted financial advise publicly and to our OWN clients this last decade; 95% of our action is around commodities. We consider Agriculture which we have been in HUGE for years as a commodity play as well. And our currency trading is 75% correlated to the commodity world. Way back when NO ONE even knew how to trade commodities or what commodities were; we were telling people this is the next bull market and it will last MINIMUM 20 years!!! YES 20 YEARS! Go head and Google our archives, and you will find 99% of our THOUSANDS of opinions being commodity related. Do we still feel Gold is going to 2000? Come on. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist.

3. Agriculture- How many times did we mention Potash and fertilizers when we got RIDICULED with feed backs and YES EVEN articles saying: "Who the hell invests in fertilzer?" People were saying I can make it in the bathroom. Cows make it in the fields all day. Yes. Those were funny to a degree, but those HUNDREDS of feed backs in PUBLIC articles ridiculing us aren't laughing today. Laugh all you want: We still will be OUR lives that within 20 years it will be the FARMERS driving the Lamborghini's not the stylish Wall Street brokers. NO INDUSTRY in the world will even come a close second to Agriculture in the next two decades. Do we really need to explain. Investing is common sense not difficult science when you look at it from a Macro level. If you KNOW China and India are EMERGING markets and they are 35% of the Worlds Population; HELLO!!! Food Food Food!!!

4. Natural Gas Investments- As everyone knows we went huge on a company called Chesapeake Eneergy as we know Aubrey McClendon, the CEO. Make a long story short; we touted this stock way back at 14 and kept buying and buying. The stock went as high as 74 dollars about 16 months ago. YES WE MADE A MISTAKE HERE BY NOT TAKING PROFITS. But, we are STILL up a TON on the stock because of our early involvement and options despite its declines. Last year we started swapping our CHK shares for HK at ELEVEN dollars, and YOU KNOW the article, and HK is sitting at 27 dollars today! The point here is that we saw the NG story way before anyone saw it. So, what happened and why did it go sour? Believe it or not the NG boom and SUCCESS became its own demise. YES! The SUCCESS of these companies DESTROYED the NG markets! How? They were sooooooooooooo successful that they found WAY to much natural gas WAY to fast, and obviously the markets about supply and demand. There was a record over supply issue and STILL is.  Chesapeake became its worst enemy with the natural gas discoveries, ESPECIALLY in Haynesville, Louisiana. Haynesville WILL be ONE of the greatest and most important discoveries in this countries HISTORY! We are sticking the Natural Gas story, and we KNOW NG will hit 35 dollars within 20 years or SOONER! NO WAY it doesn’t. We are RUNNING out of Oil. Sure. Go head and believe the stories we have plenty of Oil. Everyone says we have so much Oil, yet NO ONE has been able to discover a meaningful oil discovery in the last 45 years! We KNOW about Petrobras. We broke the story and even during the declines said to buy it at 17, especially it’s a GREAT way to invest in Brazil, and the Olympics coming to Brazil doesn’t hurt. Brazil is a great play any which way you play it as long as its in its natural resources. But, hey…Brazil's currency has to make you say Hmmm. OK. That’s another story. Back to Natural gas! SOMETHING has to replace Oil within the next half century. Its NOT going to be solar and wind and all these other silly hopeful ideas. YES. They are helpful and GREAT, but CANNOT replace a fossil fuel. EVER! We understand this as believe it or not some of us even have our Masters in Chemical Engineering! You replace oil with another fossil fuel that can be USED IN THE SAME EXACT WAY AS OIL, but CHEAPER & CLEANER! Again, this is common sense. You are saying why isn't this happening now? POLITICS! Once these Oil companies take full control of the NG companies and industry, you'll see the push.  Natural gas will be the GREATEST commodity to OWN in YOUR lifetime. Yes. You will make more money off of precious metals and oil today, but in YOUR lifetime Natural gas will have the biggest percentage returns probably in commodity history in this country. 

A side note for NG- Most have counted out the United States as the economical and Super Leader of the World with China and other countries coming along so fast. Just keep in mind- China and India aren't exactly natural resource countries. As a matter of fact they are not. Commodity prices continue to go up, because China is BUYING and BUYING for their storage. Just remember the next century is about Agriculture & and Oil Replacement. NO ONE in the world can compete with the United States when it comes to Agriculture, and now the United States along with Qatar, Russia, and Iran are the Saudi Arabia of Natural gas. Did you ever imagine the United States being a Saudi Arabia of Energy? Now imagine the United States as an energy supplier!!! It will be Natural Gas that will make the United States a financial dynamite once again, and its agriculture. We are back to the basics, and NOT technology; but the leader of basic materials WILL be the super powers of the world. Sure. China is coming up and fast, but what happens when Natural Gas replaces oil, and the United States has an abundance? Call it what you want, but the United States is blessed.

5. The Dollar Will be a Museum Piece - We raised a lot of eyebrows when we said this many years ago, and got unfairly attacked. We were simply speaking our financial opinions of this scarred and FOREVER scarred currency. We said it then, and we say it now: The dollar is scarred and in trouble. And the past 18 months of printing cash will make matters scary worse. This world's next problem will be a SERIOUS UGLY and SCARY currency crisis. The one thing the US Dollar has going for it; no other currency is looking great either. Sure. You can name a few, but those would still be GREAT gambles. The currency crisis has even us nervous. We hope the world governments catch this disaster in time unlike the credit crisis. The currency crisis will be the biggest challenge of the next 5 years. It will be difficult, and like many we have our theories. We also believe if it is not caught in time; not only will we get out of our world markets; we will short all world markets and it will be MUCH uglier than the credit crisis you just witnessed. We stick to our thesis the US Dollar is scarred and flawed. Its on its way out if the world can come up with some clever ideas. In a new globalized world, we feel this currency can be prevented. If not, may we all be protected financially, because it will be the ugliest occurrence in market history including the Great Depression. So, what's our strategy today? Its still the same and will continue to be the same. You DO NOT sell your US Dollars for another currency! Nope. We continue to sell our US Dollars to buy more precious metals, especially Silver. As you know, we've talked up gold, but we've actually loved Silver more, and still like Silver more. You cannot go wrong with ANY precious metals. The US Dollar needs to trade against something. We believe it trading in tandem with other currencies is misleading. Replace US Dollars with precious metals, because precious metals will STILL double from these levels. And make no mistake about it; right now the US Government NEEDS desperately for the US Dollar to tank, but not so fast. If it continues to go down rapidly; then you KNOW a crisis is coming, and we will keep you informed.

These were our top 5 themes we mentioned at the start of the decade, and we are still sticking to them today! The ONLY reason Oil and Gold came back down; wasn’t because it was a commodity bubble, but because the world was deleveraging EVERYTHING because of the credit crisis. Its very simple: If the world recovers, commodity prices will sky rocket. If the world goes down, commodities might not go up, but the safest place to be, but we are in the school if the world collapses; precious metals will be the tenfold winner.

And yes. We still believe the Federal Reserve won't last no more than another 15 years. In a new Globalized World; you cannot have a Federal Reserve to be in such a powerful role to control the world's outcome literally. And as everyone knows, the Federal Reserve has been a DISASTER since its inception. We do think Paul Volcker was an aberration. He was definitely a great Federal Reserve. But, it was his brains not the position that made him great. Of course, at the time of him being the Fed; people protested and disliked him. But, now history shows his genius. How he fought off stagflation, and WELCOMED a recession and unemployment as PART OF AN ECONOMICAL cycle. He believed you could prevent this boom and bust cycles we see today literally every five years in the markets by having a "tame" economy and a realistic economy. Unlike Greenspan who loved creating bubbles. We love and respect Alan Greenspan, but his fed policies were comical. Very unrealistic. Sure. That’s why we got the greatest tech run in history and real estate run. He was out to make everyone happy, but SHORT TERM! Both his bubbles burst, and the pain was far greater than the euphoria.

We had many other themes. Sure. We had a lot of stock picks that were outright awful as well, but overall NO ONE can deny what we've been saying for many years WAY before anyone saw it coming. We were super bearish for the longest time and said to only invest in commodities. As far as technology; how bout our Google and Apple article in 2004, which makes 2004 look that much greater! We said if you need to be HEAVY in tech; then these are the ONLY two companies you should go extremely big.

How bout today? Where do we stand today. Well, just read the article below we are being recognized for. We wrote it back in October 2008, and we gave reasons why the stock market will see 10K again, and here we are. You can read the article which is STILL posted on the Desk called "The Fear Bubble." We said that would be the next bubble to burst, and has it ever. Will the markets go higher? Of course they will for as long as they print money. It’s a liquidity issue. The credit crisis was lack of liquidity, and now its going to be exaggerated to the other extreme with to much liquidity, which will continue to drive the markets higher. What will be the first signs of the markets going lower? There will MANY signs such as a currency crisis. But, if you need a tangible sign; how bout once the Federal Reserve raises interest rates? Read the below article, and you will see how accurate we were. While everyone was selling we were buying. Are you kidding us? Interest rates near ZERO and printing cash around the world? What did you think would happen? This bull market can eclipse levels that can set records on the DOW! Yes, we said that last year and say it again as long as the Federal Reserve leaves the interest rates alone, and we are in front of the credit crisis.

Snitch Street: The Fear Bubble

Warren Buffet is buying. Jon Paulson is finally buying. Bill Ackman is buying. Siroos continues to buy, but NO ONE else is. Welcome to the next bubble: THE FEAR BUBBLE!

Yes. That is correct- The Fear Bubble.

There is so much fear in the markets that it has become historic. The Vix index, which measures volatility, and is a great gauge for fear has reached levels that NO ONE could ever imagine. NO ONE! A Vix level in the 40's was a huge move, but to a 100? That’s where we are today. There is so much fear, and no rationale left in the markets. NO ONE is buying the greatest companies ever assembled for prices so cheap that we cannot believe our eyes. It is okay to be fearful, BUT only if it is justified by logic. When you ignore fundamentals, and throw it out via fear, you will pass up opportunities you will NEVER see in your life time or your kids life time ever again. We will continue to back the stock markets, and our stocks at these levels. If you are not into individual stocks, just own DIG & UYM, and you will at MINIMUM make THREEFOLD within a few years!

This is the fear bubble where no one has any rationale left, and has forgotten the fundamentals of what drives a market. Remember, we were the ones who have been bearish for a VERY long time, but right now we are EXTREMELY bullish. We will say this again, didn’t you want to become wealthy through the stock market? The ONLY way you get wealthy is when you buy stocks on sale. At bargains. Just like everything else in life. Now the question is, looking to the future, are these stocks on sale? YOU BETTER BELIEVE THEY ARE! Folks, its very simple: The WORLD, not just the United States, but the world continues to print cash. They print, and print and print. They keep pumping liquidity into the market. People are talking about there's no money around. In about 9-12 months there will be way to much money around that no one will know what to do about it. Companies will have cash everywhere available. It amazes us that people do not look at this angle. If they keep printing money, the Dow Jones will FLY to the SKY! It is simple economics. We know you probably think we are crazy. Nope. The way money is being printed, the Dow Jones WILL soar. Not just go up, but SOAR! We shall see if the printing of money continues to get this scenario, but one thing is for sure: there's already enough printed to have PLENTY of liquidity around for us to go from a world of no cash to excess cash! Right now people are saying cash is king. TRUST US, next year NO ONE will say that. NO ONE! Because, everyone will have it.

Two things will happen. There will be excess cash that will possibly SOAR the Dow Jones, but at minimum the markets will trend up. When? Who knows? But, it WILL happen and the Dow will be WAY higher than 8000 points. This excess cash will pump excess liquidity to companies, and companies recover much faster than most think. There will be TONS of liquidity. Right now we are going through a credit crisis, and there is no liquidity. If you KNOW for 100% FACT that this problem is only temporary, and that it will actually be OPPOSITE within the next year where there will be EXCESS cash; what do you think will happen? The markets WILL soar. Of course, 99% of the people out there will miss this run, because of the fear bubble. This bubble will also burst, and remember these statements: People will forever lose sleep for not buying stocks at these levels that would have forever changed their lives. Buying at these levels not only gets you gains, but mind boggling gains that will be life changing. People wait their entire lives to get stocks at the same prices many did 20 years ago. Well, that day has arrived, and the time is now. The fear bubble will burst also. This markets going to evaporate buying opportunities of a life time sooner or later, and many will miss the boat, because they got caught in the fear bubble. Everyone is scared. It’s a bubble that has snow balled. The snow ball is so big that no one is thinking anymore. We have terrible markets, because lack of liquidity YET within a year we will have EXCESS liquidity. We will have so much liquidity in the markets that it will actually surprise us if the markets do not retest 2007 highs within several years! And it can go up much higher than those highs if they continue to print cash. EXCESS CASH = BULL MARKET 100% OF THE TIME! Impossible not to. Next thing that will happen because of excess cash, COMMODITIES WILL BOOM TO ALL TIME HIGHS as the dollar weakens down the road. We know you cannot even picture Oil 100 yet an all time high. IT WILL HAPPEN. There is NO WAY with excess cash you won't have inflation, and a BOOM in commodities. We know many think the commodities boom and bull markets over. We beg to differ. We think it is in a VERY EARLY stage. This is a correction due to deleveraging of the entire world. You will have record commodity prices in the future no doubt. You simply cannot have an excess cash environment with low commodity prices. Oh what about gold? Of course, many are wondering why isn't gold going up right now. What happened to the safe haven? Markets don’t work that way. Things take time. If you don’t think Gold wont TRIPLE from these levels within 5 years; well what can we say. Don't get caught up in this fear bubble. It will only hinder your rationale. We are telling you that the environment that is causing fear today will be EXACTLY OPPOSITE within a year! There will be EXCESS cash, and EXCESS CASH = BULL MARKET! Do not be surprised if you see record market levels within even 5 years. One thing for sure, you will see WAY BEYOND record commodity levels. WAY BEYOND. Oil 200. Gold 2000, and all hard assets will outperform. Fundamentals have not been impaired in commodities. Commodities simply got caught by a sector (financials) that derailed EVERYTHING! The fear bubble will burst, and we hope this bubble doesn’t prevent you from getting wealthy in the best buying opportunities you will ever have in your life time. The best way to play recovering markets and record commodities: DIG & UYM. These are the two best holdings we recommend. They are basket ETFs that perform twice as fast to the upside or downside, so you are still aggressive, but still very conservative since you know it is IMPOSSIBLE for these ETFs to go to zero. It is impossible for this ETF to fail, unless you think every single company in the ETF goes bankrupt. A very safe yet aggressive way to play. The fear bubble will burst, and many will miss opportunities of a life time.

Snitch Footballl: 'Time to Show YOU the Money'

Opening Comments- We want to thank you for taking your time in reading this newsletter. It is of immense importance to fully understand the premise of this letter to benefit with the Snitch's football season. Please read it carefully, and as always if any questions, we would love to read your feedbacks.

This is "IT" The football season we have been waiting for since basketball season ended. This is the football season that will define the Snitch. The Snitch has been public for almost a decade and underground for almost another decade. People know the specialness of Snitch football. After all, it was Snitch football that caught the world bettor's attentions around the globe. But, now people want to see even more. We are the Snitch. We are supposed to win and PROVE great management skills. This is the year that we will take BOTH to another level and we promise to make this football season a season to remember. We have had many historic football seasons, but this one has to stand alone when its all said and done at the final whistle of the Super Bowl. We will make sure YOU never forget this football season.

We want to emphasize what we expect going forward and how we will execute our strategies. We hope that you will take advantage of every Snitch football play. We  have FIVE months of football , FIVE MONTHS! Can you imagine FIVE months of Snitch football investing? Responsibly speaking, how about FIVE months of winning consistently with many losses along the way?  We are realistic.  To expect to win every single day is absurd. After the Snitch cleaned up on its sports wager of the Year Wednesday with the Champions League, how could it get any better? How bout a winning Soccer Saturday? Our worst day of the playoffs as we go 0-3 on our 5* plays. Again, not an aggressive day, but losing all three 5* plays added up. This is part of it, and why we tell everyone to stay realistic. It is impossible to win every day. We get the one bad day out of the way for the week, and we WILL REBOUND Sunday. Remember, the object is patience. This won't be the last time we have a bad day this playoff season. We wish we could say otherwise. Sunday WILL be a big day we expect. This will go down as one of our most disappointing winning days in years. Halftime and money line plays hurt us this weekend, and the Insiders going aggressive didn't help much either as we made no ground with that approach, and only picked up 12units today on a day we expected monster returns. First week of the playoffs was a nice start and profitable of course, but not to Snitch standards. Many are wondering what are these guys talking about disappointment? Super Bowl Recap & Props Recap

The Snitch made a nice profit after Super Bowl 43 was said and done. Some amazing money line returns on some props that paid as high as +210 on a few occasions. The Snitch props got a lot of attention for this Super Bowl, and the Snitch will make sure to make it a custom. Millions of people love game props and individual props as they believe that props are much finer details than the game itself. They do not need to believe it, props are absolutely about the fine details of the game, and that’s why the hardest way to make money on the Super Bowl is via props UNLESS you TRULY "know" how the game will play out, and how the match ups will unfold. The Snitch played 17 props, and came out with a 9-8 winning record, but very nice returns as many had plus money. This further validates the Snitch resources keen understanding of the game. Lets review  these props and how they played out one by one, and the reasons why now that we can post the full reports.

Snitch Props for Super Bowl 43 & Why

1. The Snitch posted the team to score first would be the Pittsburgh Steelers. This was a winner. Why the Steelers? The Snitch resources had this directly tied to the fact they were virtually guaranteeing Pittsburgh would get the ball first, and that this Arizona defense would need about 15 total plays before they can adjust to such a game of magnitude. Why 15 plays? Of all the units in the Super Bowl from the Steelers offense and defense to the Cardinals offense and defense, the sharps believed the most pressured unit would be the Arizona defense. Everyone knew what the Pittsburgh defense and offense was capable as everyone knew what the Arizona offense was capable of, but the key to this game would be is Arizona's defense for real or did they just get on a lucky run? This is what the odds makers had to say: "We felt Pittsburgh would get the first score and it would happen on the very first drive. We knew Pitt would get the ball first to open the game, and that’s why we said the best prop wager would be Arizona to kickoff first. Had Pitt won the coin toss they would have taken the ball to send a message to Arizona's defense that we don’t think your defense is any good, and when Arizona won the toss they had no choice but to send their defense. Arizona's coaching staff not only hinted, but literally told the world for two weeks that we need to get our defense settled in the game right away. They had high confidence in their offense, and the offensive unit of Arizona is the most confident offensive unit in the game, so there's no need to establish them. Arizona had to send a message of confidence to their defense and defer and kick the ball off. This pro for Pitt to score first was a direct link to Pitt getting the ball first," Sports Consultants. The Snitch would go on to win both props Pittsburgh to score first and get the ball first (Arizona to kickoff first).

2. First score of the game would be a touchdown. The Snitch wagered that the first score of the game would come via TD. Losing this prop hurt. "We don’t like to make excuses, but the way our insiders played the props, it was evident they knew how the game would go, but some odd things happened in this game that no one could have predicted otherwise we could have won 12 of our 17 posted props. It took some miracles for us to lose some of these props. We are not complaining as posted 17 props, and anyone that posts that many props and wins more than loses is a testament to the keenness of their insiders." The disappointment here was that this prop was a winner for four minutes as the first score was a TD, and the Steelers were ready to kick the extra point, but at the last nano second the challenge flag was thrown, and the call was reversed. No big deal right? Pittsburgh from the one inch line would go for it on fourth down and score anyway, right? No. This was the play of the game that set the tone for the ENTIRE game. And that was the Steelers settling for a FG from the one inch line on fourth down. Surely Big Ben could have done a QB sneak to get the TD on 4th down, but we will never find out, and the first score went from a TD to a FG, and the Snitch loses the first score would be a TD, but would win Pittsburgh would score first. However, this play would set the tone for the Super Bowl. The Steelers not going for it on 4th down sent the message to the Cardinals defense that you belong here, and hence we saw the Steelers continuously struggle in the redzone in this game. Not scoring a TD on that first drive set the tone, and the tone was, This was a dangerous game for the Steelers as they would let the Cardinals hang around, and if you do not put the Cardinals away, they can win as long as they are within striking distance. And those 4 points left on the board would be the ONLY reason why Pittsburgh had to win the game on the final drive otherwise they would still have had a 24-23 lead after Fitzgerald's 64 yard TD. It seemed 24-23 was the perfect script for this game, which would have landed perfectly for the total.

3. Will there be a special teams or defensive TD? The Snitch said no. Obviously, this was a sure winner as there were no special team potential threats the entire game, and not even close to a defensive threat for a TD for an entire game. SO, how in the world did the Snitch lose this prop? It would take the GREATEST Super Bowl play in history, and maybe football history to stop us from winning this prop. So many miracles had to happen to lose this prop on ONE play. From having a defensive player not getting caught by three jet fast Arizona receivers to a defensive player defying all odds to register the longest TD in Super Bowl history. Or Harrison not stepping out of bounds or simply getting tackled. "This was a miracle to say the least. If it was a defensive back going the other way, then it would be possible, but James Harrison going a 100 versus Arizona's offense? Come on. Those who won this prop got a free gift. Other than this play there was absolutely not one other play that could have even been a potential for a defensive or special teams score," Sports Consultants. "Who wasn’t surprised Arizona didn’t cover the first half let alone end the half like that? How amazing that their spirits did not crack. This team was for real," K White.

4. The Snitch won total fumbles lost would go under 1.5, and won that bet fairly easily as the only fumble lost the entire game was in the final seconds, and even that was questionable. "This was not a good number for this prop. This was a mistake and cost the books. The betting public won very big on this prop as almost 85% of wagers came in on the under. Arizona doesn’t run the ball enough to produce fumbles, and Pittsburgh's backs aren't exactly guys with slippery hands. We were the first odds makers that said this number should be 1. Two fumbles lost is expecting a careless game. These are two offenses that are very responsible. Just a bad number that almost every bettor exposed," Sports Consultants.

5. The Snitch won another gift with under 5.5 sacks for the game. This was another prop the betting public made out big. It was this prop and the safety prop that killed the books. Not the Larry Fitzgerald props as most would think. "Yes it was this prop and the safety prop that really hurt. The safety prop for obvious reasons, which it pays out a lot of money, and everyone takes a shot on super high payouts. We always get a lot of action on there will be a safety and the game will go to overtime. Had this game went to overtime, sports books would have had record losses for a single event that carries props. You simply cannot payout a safety prop and an overtime prop in the same game. A safety or overtime never happens in a Super Bowl, and both happen in the same game? Could you imagine? I guess it’s the Cardinals. Remember in the beginning of the year they beat the mighty Cowboys in overtime with a blocked punt. This prop hurt and everyone exposed it. This was a super inflated number based on perceptions of the Steelers pass rush. The publics not dumb though and they exposed it. They know about Warner's quick release, and they know the Steeler quarterback this playoff season will simply not take a sack no matter what. If anyone took the over for this prop they have to question themselves why. This was the second biggest prop the sharps bet on going under the 5.5 number, and the biggest was that Arizona would kick the ball first. We knew the books were in trouble on this prop when the sharps piled on the under with the public. Asking for six sacks in any football game is asking for a lot. A terribly high inflated number, and the betting public didn’t bite on the over. They avalanched the under," Sports Consultants.

6. The Snitch won the total FG's to go under the posted number of 3.5. "Okay this is the one we got very lucky on. If the game goes to overtime we would have ended the game with four FG's. Instead it ends with two. But, make no mistake either, the Steelers should at minimum had a TD instead of one of those FG's. So, we could have easily ended with no FG's as well. One might ask why would anyone like Under 3.5 FG's and like the game to go Under also? Or vice versa. It really has no effect. If a game goes Under the posted FG's it could be teams are converting TD's, and if it goes over the posted FG's it could translate that the teams are moving the ball at will and scoring," VSE.

7. For total completions the Snitch split as the sharps went over for the Steelers QB of 18.5, but went Under on Warner's 22.5. "I felt that Pittsburgh would be so dominant in time of possession that it wouldn’t give Arizona that many opportunities to pass within their own game plan. It seemed I was dead on as Pittsburgh didn’t give the Cardinals any minutes on the field, and I lost all my Cardinal props in the last 8 minutes of the game. Its as if Pittsburgh said go head and have some fun. How could Pittsburgh go from embarrassing Larry (Fitzgerald) in the first half of the game to almost him becoming the MVP in just one quarter of football? I rather thought Arizona would stay close in all other ways, and Pittsburgh not capitalizing. Our group went over the Steelers completions not for any reason, but it was a super low number. Ben is accurate for one, and getting 19 completions is not asking much of a quarterback," Samuel Moss.

8. Will Ben Roethlisberger throw an INT was a prop loss that hurt for the Snitch. An interception off a deflected pass. "This one hurt, because the sharps make this bet based on how they perceive the QB will play as far as decision making and accuracy. It’s a shame to lose this wager when we can ask you this question and your answer would be no: Did Ben Roethlisberger make even one bad pass the entire game? Roethlisberger didn’t make one bad decision or throw then entire game. Not one throw that an Arizona defender even had an opportunity for an interception. His only bad throw or decision was the bomb to Nate Washington, which he threw it a half second to late otherwise that would have been a TD. Roethlisberger threw extremely accurate, and the throw to Holmes might or check that; the throw to Holmes was the greatest single throw in Super Bowl history. There were three Arizona defenders and he threw the ball in a spot in which ONLY Holmes would have a chance to make a play. Losing this prop really bugged us. The sharps made a bet that Roethlisberger would make nothing but accurate throws and good decisions, and his lone INT comes via a deflected fly ball in the air. A ridiculous way to lose. As for Warner, he could have easily had three interceptions, but Roethlisberger should have had zero," VSE.

9. The Snitch was on its way to set the world on fire by going Under on the Arizona Cardinal's receivers. Had these stayed Under, the Snitch would have went 14-3 in prop wagers, but these came to haunt the Snitch as Fitzgerald's final TD catch pushed him over 6.5 catches and 90.5 yards. "Another prop we lose on one single play in the final seconds. Fine. We can live with him getting over 6 catches, but for him to get over 90 yards, in which over half his total comes on one play versus the Steelers defense? Oh boy what a way to lose this Under. We really felt that Fitzgerald would end up with 5 catches. 1 TD, and 74 yards. That was our exact math model, and there wasn’t a single model that would ever show the Steelers giving up a 70 yard TD late in a game to anyone. That’s why its gambling. Anything can happen as long as you're right more than you're wrong," VSE.

10. However, the Snitch cleaned up on the running backs going under their posted yards. This was maybe the most impressive call since the running backs for both teams combined for the lowest total output in Super Bowl history. "This was strictly a play on the Walker Report. The report indicated how the Steelers will ride in Roethlisberger's arms versus Parker's legs, and that the Cardinals would have 8 men boxes forcing the Steelers to get into a passing game and to pick the tempo up. There was never a question as to whether the Steelers would be able to hold James below his posted total. The question was what if Parker breaks a big one. The report indicated that the only way Parker would get to his total would be if he had a rush of 45 yards or more, which is always possible. In the end it was James who got much closer to his total. Both teams never got the running game going, and two easy prop winners for us for a nice winning Super Bowl," VSE.

Was the greatest Super Bowl ever played? Many can make a case for it. It certainly had maybe the two single greatest Super Bowl plays in one game with Harrison and Holmes. They may not be the greatest plays ijn the history of the Super Bowl as far as aesthetics, but if we are talking importance- how can there be a bigger play in Super Bowl history than a 14 point swing on the final play of a half with a 100 yard defensive interception return? Instead of being down by 4, being up 10 at the half. Can a half ever have a bigger ending than that? How can there be a bigger play in any Super Bowl than Harrison's play? The only way one can argue for a bigger play than Harrison's is if Hollywood would write a fictitious movie script where in the same game of a player returning an interception for a TD on the final play of the half; in that same game the winning team scores a miraculous TD on its final chance with an amazing catch for the ages. Could you imagine that? That would be a great movie! Or was that movie called Super Bowl 43? Greatest Super Bowl ever? That’s for you to decide and ponder. But, had the game ended with Fitzgerald's amazing TD it would have still went as one of the best Super Bowls ever, but for that type of response after Fitzgerald's TD; hard to argue against. One things for sure, no one could have written such a script.

STRATEGY - Our strategy will be defined to accept losses. This is the most important act for the Snitch and all followers. If we have a few losses in a day, we will NOT chase nor should be accepted to chase the losses. We accept the losses and move on. There will be limited plays. Our goal continues to never exceed ten (10) posted plays per day, and we have stuck to that model the entire day. We are still only averaging four plays per day, which includes are super aggressive day on Martin Luther King Jr. day. We feel even ten is a very high number, but it’s a good bar for maximum. We took our one shot this year with super aggressiveness, and it actually backfired. We started out the day on a 7-1 tear, but ended up only plus one game. It's okay to take a shot on such a day, especially if you start off so great, but not ok to keep playing when you start out with losses we know this and intend to stick to practicing a disciplined strategy. Look at our basketball days this year, and you will see that we have been very disciplined in all three months of posting. It is about quality not quantity. If we are told there's 10 quality plays, then we will post 10 quality plays. If our resources have higher numbers than that, then we will tell them to cut them back for us no matter what by letting us know which plays to omit if need be.

We will also continue to make efforts to get our reports in a much more timely fashion, so we can post the plays as early as possible. Please understand we can NOT post ever without we get ALL reports. This is by VSE contract. We have many reports we rely on and always will. We HAVE already spent more money this year to get these reports to us quicker, and we hope over time our investment will come to fruition but understand that FREE days do pose a distribution problem with text and email delivery due the massive volume of our user base. Responsible reporting of our wins and losses, something we take pride in to show people how the Snitch is doing. And of course, we WILL continue to engage in new PROVEN resources every single day. We know, why try to fix something that's not broken? But, keep in mind many of these resources that's producing these record basketball winners for us; is a result of us engaging into new resources. YOUR STRATEGY - This part is up to you. You need to follow guidelines also to make money with Snitch basketball. Here is some things that we believe should be implemented in YOUR strategy.

1. Risk averse. Understand how much you can afford to lose. Do not bet above what you can afford. This will ALWAYS bite you in the long run. You may get away with it now or tomorrow, but the day will come when you cannot afford to lose, and you do lose. Then what? Why put yourself in this situation in the first place. Understand your risks. Understand there's days the Snitch may have as many as 10 plays max, so you will need to prepare. Follow the plays exactly as posted. It's obvious right now the Snitch is doing "flat betting," which is betting every play for the same, so you do the same until the Snitch uses different approaches such as NFL Championships where the Snitch used 2* plays. Understand your risks. If you cannot handle losing, please do not wager on sports. There WILL be losing days.

2. Don't try to time the Snitch. Either you play every play or don't play any plays. People are already getting themselves in trouble with this. They go in and out, and try to capture the winnings perfectly. IMPOSSIBLE to do. For example, we won 14 of 15 basketball plays earlier, and a follower waited out and missed the boat. What did he do to make up for all the missed winners? You guessed it! On our 16th posted play, he wagered it very big, and unfortunately the play lost. You do not need anymore proof of what the Snitch can or cannot do in basketball. Be honest to yourself. We know it is enticing to want to be involved in decision makings in betting yourself, but be responsible and carry out maturely.

3. Control emotions. Play everything the way the Snitch posts, and do it like a broken record. If the Snitch has a bad day, so what? What did you expect? Not to lose in something called sports betting? Once your emotions are lost it will only hurt you. We can only tell you so much to stay cool headed. Cool heads always prevail. We will make sure you have limited losses, but a bad day shouldn’t deter you from your plan. Stay cool and let the Snitch do the work for you.

4. Don’t play hero. If you know its nearly impossible to outperform Snitch basketball, why try this on your own? What is your motive? Answer this question: If I know I will do better with the Snitch than my own picks, why aren't I following the Snitch? If you know the answer, and continue on your own, please be careful as the world of gambling can be dangerous, especially when it becomes an addiction, an emotional high, and irresponsible. If anyone would rather risk lower odds of winning over higher odds (Snitch basketball), that’s a dangerous territory. 5. Follow no matter what. Do not cherry pick and hope for free Snitch plays. By now you should be heavy into HK at MUCH lower levels than today's prices as we went in huge at 11 dollars. But, what about CHK? Everyone knows our change in sentiment about Chesapeake. Aubrey McClendon simply doesn't get it, and has cried wolf one too many times. However, CHK still has the most natural gas in the country, so we simply cannot shut off the CHK story. It has become super risky, and WILL underperform its peers for now. Long term, CHK should be okay, but not worth heavy risk when you have HK with a much better leader and BETTER Haynesville exposure. That is a no brainer. Very easy to swap CHK for HK, while still holding some CHK. But, you can sell all of your CHK as long as you have HK. Our entire thesis has been about natural gas. The one thing you DO NOT do: is to get out of natural gas. That would be a huge mistake. Natural gas is still the future. No one saw the 'Great Recession' coming, so right now we are in a deleveraged environment in which everything is coming down. Most for good reasons, and some for no reasons at all, except that we are in a deleveraged environment. Commodities will be TWICE as high as their recent high's of this past year once economies stabilize.  Keep in mind commodities will be even more scarce now that production in all commodities are going down. We will have lower supplies in the future when demand ramps back up. You do the math. The message for today, stay in natural gas via HK. You can keep some CHK, but HK has to be your core position. At the end of the day, our biggest holdings for the next 5 years will be UYM. This is where you want to be SUPER HEAVY in: UYM. Play NG via HK, and not CHK. We will continue to hold KWK, some CHK (we have to as they have to much NG), and heavy HK…….The play for the quickest and biggest returns will come via UYM. UYM will be a 100 dollar holding in our opinion.

Oh how the might have fallen. Chesapeake energy continues to fall in a tough environment. All energy companies continue to struggle, but none worse than the mighty CHK. What are we doing, and how have we been playing the energy markets?

As you can see we have continued to buy into HK, and not into CHK. We believe the best and ONLY way to play the Haynesville exposure is through HK. Furthermore, HK is the much safer investment than CHK. You can swap basically 1:1 shares by going into HK from CHK if you want no CHK positions. We are very lucky to have bought CHK many years ago at low prices, but CHK will continue to underperform its peers, while a well run company with a mature CEO at HK will continue to make strides. We are not here to bash Aubrey McClendon, but Aubrey is simply not doing what he has told us he will do. Aubrey has been so rattled by the markets and his big losses with his own personal finance that we believe he is not making logical decisions. This is when a leader should be at its best. Leads with temperament. A great leader makes adjustments to things that do not work. There is no doubt, CHK's assets are scary good. Actually amazing, but the decision making process in the toughest economy in over 80 years needs to be better. We will always consider Aubrey a friend, and a man who is trying to build an empire. There is no doubt how intelligent he is also, but he simply doesn’t possess traits that we really thought he would show us in this downturn, such as patience. It is just to hard for him to go super conservative and sit on his hands. Not Aubrey. He needs the "action" like an action junkie. He needs to be doing something. Look at HK. Floyd is a great CEO. They are growing super fast, but in this environment Floyd as said, "we will put on our helmets, and buckle down. We need to stay sheltered and out of harms way until this passes by." He is talking about simply staying put. Not doing anything except for sitting on your hands and letting this economic storm pass by while being as safe as possible. Floyd knows their Haynesville gas is the prime cut. Its going to be the best Haynesville acreage. He knows HK will have its day again, and look how the market is treating it. HK has been performing very steady and solid. This is the exact reasons why we continue to hold more HK than CHK, and that CHK will be a holding of ours, but not significant like HK. However, we will continue to have our top holding in UYM. Actually, UYM has become three times the holding of our second biggest position. Our best plays and biggest plays will continue to be UYM, DIG, and MOO. We feel these cannot go wrong. Of course, we have individual stocks as well, but UYM, DIG, and MOO are the ONLY and safest ways, and will be GREAT returns. You get plenty of natural gas exposure too! As far as CHK- we will continue to swap out of CHK for HK, but we will still hold plenty of CHK. We know CHK is now a high risk company. CHK is a gamble for natural gas. If NG takes off as the leading fossil fuel, than of course the nations largest producer will recover in a blink of an eye. If this global recession lasts for a long period, then CHK longs must look out below. Aubrey is the guy you want behind the wheel in a good economy. Its obvious, and he proved in a good economy he can deliver more than anyone. Unfortunately, its also true and opposite in a bad economy. He is probably the worst guy to have behind the wheel in a bad economy. So, CHK comes down to gambling on a reckless driver in this economy. That’s what Aubrey is in a bad economy; a reckless driver. In a good economy he is Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon combined. We are in a bad economy. How long does that last, who knows? If we get out of this bad economy, CHK will be a much better return than any of its peers. If the downturn lasts a long time, CHK might not even be around for the future good times. HK will whether the economy is good or bad, which makes it the safer bet, and better bet and company. And HK is still an aggressive way to play the future of NG. HK is a small cap that has the leadership of conservative big cap leaders. HK will be a winner no doubt. As for CHK? More than likely a winner, but it can also become a nightmare. CHK no longer holds their own destiny. The economy holds CHK's fate. HK will hold their own fate, because they accept what the economy gives them. If they need to sit in place for as long as it takes, they will do so. We will continue to have CHK positions (its still a large position, but much less than HK), but more exposed to HK. Keep in mind our biggest HK buys came in the 10-11 range. So, waiting on pull backs is the wise move. But, if you want out of CHK and into HK; you can do almost an exact swap at these levels. But, where you will make money, and if you have lost a lot of money in this bear market; UYM will recover your losses and then some. UYM has to be the best opportunity we have ever seen. We cannot believe UYM has been as low as 9 dollars!!! That is ridiculous. UYM will be in the 30's once we get a little light in the economy, and this will be well over a 100 dollars after President-Elect Obama's first term with his infrastructure plans well underway.

Whether CHK longs want to admit it or not, fundamentals have changed. Cannot be in denial. HK we believe has went down strictly to economic deterioration. We had a phenomenal run in CHK over the summer, and that same run will come via HK in natural gas, but HK will keep stay strong once there. We will stress it one more time: UYM UYM UYM! The three letters that can change your portfolio forever! UYM is the cheapest opportunity you will ever see.

As the economy continues to weaken, fears are now focused if the auto industry has the same fate as many banks have had and will have. There is no doubt the economy will continue to weaken, and we continue to believe with strong conviction the only things that will remain structured and sound will be commodities, basic materials, and agriculture. Commodities historically always outperform the markets after market turmoil. This is because commodities are less impaired than actual companies carrying debt and stress of the macro and micro environments. In other words, a commodity such as natural gas can NEVER go to zero, but a natural gas company can go to zero. Take a look at gold. THOUSANDS of gold companies have went bankrupt throughout history, yet gold continues its rise to historic prices. Commodities ALWAYS come out sound and structured during climatic selling of markets. This is why all of October we accumulated commodity indexes in massive proportions. Yes. These ETF's hold commodity stocks, which are not the commodities, but rather companies in the world of commodities. We took this route, because we carefully analyzed the holdings of these ETF's, and we find that these ETF's are once in a life time opportunities. Commodities will continue its bull market run for another decade, well at least 6-7 years minimum. Who knows when they start rebounding again. More than likely they may go down much more short term, but who cares when you know the macro environment of the world? Oil will be well above 200, gold well above 1000, and steel prices will rebound soon as well with the Obama administration wanting serious infrastructure once again in America. Can you get an easier outline why basic materials, commodities, and agriculture are the ONLY places to have your money parked for the next 10 years? Lets quickly outline it for you, and we will again remind you how we have played it.

Commodities: Very simple. China, India, Brazil, Russia are just several emerging markets. Like we have said a million times to people who think the days of cheap oil are near again: When you show us proof of NEW OIL FIELD DISCOVERIES, we PROMISE you we will announce the oil bull market may come to an abrupt end. However, the reality is that its quite the opposite. We are actually depleting oil at an alarming rate around the world. This is from a simple supply-demand angle. Throw in hyper inflation that WILL happen, and you will have people wishing oil was only at 150. Of course, we can go on and on, and talk about the US Dollar. We already know the ending to the US Dollar story. Its not good, and neither is the future of the Federal Reserve in the United States. Commodities are a class of assets that don’t get damaged like other asset classes during such markets and economies. Remember, the value of a computer, TV, radio, phone, etc can go to zero, but oil, gold, copper, silver, natural gas, wheat, corn, etc can NEVER go to zero.

Agriculture: This is even easier to speculate than energy. Do we have emerging markets? Yes. Ok. That’s normal, and ok, right? Wrong! The problem here is that two of the emerging markets in China and India make up almost 37% of the worlds populations!!! What does that mean? Population explosion in the two most populated areas of the world with SURGING demand for farming products to keep food on the pace of population.

Basic Materials: From steel to copper to gold you name it. Asia will continue to gobble these up to build infrastructures in their emerging economies. The story here gets even more interesting as now we can throw America in the picture with India and China. Now imagine this: China building infrastructure. India building infrastructure. And now America building infrastructure!!! You tell us where the prices of steel, copper, and the entire basic materials will go. With just India and China this sector will sky rocket, but now with America you can bet it will go through the sky. Of course, LONG term.

How are we playing all three asset classes?

We went super big on all below recently as you know. Today we are simply reiterating these are the ONLY places to be in SUPER HEAVY and LONG TERM

DIG: This holds the BEST of the BEST energy holdings. With the best we mean you have great companies with great cash on hand and balance sheets.

UYM: This holds the best of the best basic materials.

MOO: This is the best of the best companies that cover the world of agriculture from fertilizers to machinery.

Obviously, we bought in much cheaper than today's prices, but we are not playing these for 10, 20, 30 points. We are playing these for triple digit point gains over the next ten years. You need a strong stomach, and need to be an investor. You simply cannot follow these or quite frankly the markets ticker for ticker day to day. Be an INVESTOR! Check seldom, and if the prices are much lower, dollar cost average. DO NOT PANIC in these three sectors as the world is in a recession, but fundamentals in these asset classes have NOT changed. We get a dividend with it as well, and a GREAT angle to play the global commodity boom that includes precious metals and agriculture. Yes! Commodities will be the place that WILL recover, and RECOVER TREMENDOUSLY!

DIG : This is the Oil & Gas ETF. This gives you great exposure to the entire industry, and the best of the best. You also get a dividend in this ETF. Another angle to play the energy boom we will see tremendously, especially with a change in the executive office as we believe both candidates KNOW the BEST way to create new jobs, and another robust American economy will come via energy independence. Once the government pushes energy independence you will see these companies be the drivers of the American economy just like we experience in the 90's during the tech rise. Energy independence means America keeps 700 billion dollars a year here at home. How does this country get out of this recession and economic mess? With new innovations, which creates jobs. Remember, we have been saying for years that economy was terrible, and we constantly said, and will say over and over again: You don’t need to be an economy genius. All you need to KNOW is job losses and job growth will determine the economic health. For years we said it was an absolute joke for house prices to go up while no new jobs were being created, and jobs were going down! How do home prices go up when jobs are going down? It was ridiculous. This economy has been contracting for years, but we have been fooled by artificial growth. How did the artificial growth occur? CREDIT EXPANSION! And that’s why we are in this mess we are. People were not getting rich, because their job growths and salaries were going up. People were getting rich 'artificially.' People seemed there was great times, but all it was: CREDIT EXPANSION! All people were doing was leveraging their lives. They were buying everything on CREDIT. It seemed people were doing great, but they were buying on leverage. We believe the next bull market in America will be for REAL. It will take time, and it will be via energy independence.

These two ETF's takes the stresses away on whether or not your favorite company will make it or not. Instead you own many companies, and in a aggressive fashion, yet conservative as you have NO STRESSES of owning only exposure to individual companies. There is a very good chance that you can get these MUCH cheaper than what we are willing to buy in at, but we are not worried about timing the markets short term. Simply not worth it. We buy based on valuations.
